Injection is used as an immune stimulant and to treat phosphorous deficiencies in many types of animals, including horses, rabbits, poultry, and livestock such as cows, sheep and goats. These deficiencies might be caused by many reasons, such as anorexia, breast feeding, stress, or overexertion.

This drug is prescribed for the treatment of many conditions, such as tetanus, paresis, and metabolic disorders. It is sometimes used to improve muscle performance in animals like racing horses, and it is also used to increase milk production in dairy cows.

Butaphosphan is an organic compound that is a type of phosphonous acid. Vitamin B12 is also known as cyanocobalamin or cobalamin. These compounds are thought to have a synergistic effect and are essential components necessary for many physiologic systems within the body.

Azithromycin is a semi-synthetic antibiotic of the macrolide class, the same as erythromycin and Tylosin. This class of antibiotics actsto inhibit bacterial protein synthesis by inhibiting a cellular structure called a 50S ribosome, a structure that only certain bacteria have and use to make internal proteins. Because non-bacterial cells like mammal cells, use a different type of ribosome (60S ribosome), this difference in the ribosome but will have no effect on the 60S ribosome, meaning disruption in protein manufacture for bacteria with no effect on mammal cells.

Enrofloxacin is synthetic chemotherapeutic agent from the class of quinolone carboxylic acid derivatives. It has antibacterial activity against a broad spectrum of Gram negative and Gram positive bacteria, it is rapidly absorbed from the digestive tract, penetrating into all measured body tissues and fluids.

Streptomycin is one of the first aminoglycoside antibiotics introduced. It is active against mycobacteria, Leptospira, Francisella tularensis, Yersinia pestis, but only some mycoplasma, gram-negative organisms, and Staphylococcus species.
